Terms & Conditions for Vatech Circle Loyalty Program

1. Non-Transferable

The benefits of the Vatech Circle Loyalty Program are exclusive to the registered customer and are strictly non-transferable to any other individual or customer.

2. Unconditional Warranty

a) Unconditional Warranties are only covered in case of IOS only

b) Physical damage coverage for IOS devices is limited to a one-time replacement only under the terms of the program.

3. Loyalty/Buyback Conditions

a) 100% Loyalty on IOS / IOX

While purchasing the next upgrade to OPG / CBCT, the discount value will be equal to the ongoing current price of the IOS / IOX at the time of purchase of the OPG / CBCT.

b) 100% Buyback (OPG to CBCT) Excluding A9 Model:

GST and transport cost incurred on the OPG machine will be deducted from the cost of the OPG machine during upgradation.

c) 50% Buyback (CBCT to CBCT):

GST and transport cost incurred on the CBCT machine will be deducted from the cost of the CBCT machine during upgradation.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Accessories and consumables are not covered under the warranty provided by the program.

5. Dental Lab Benefits

For Customers in Delhi NCR:

• The first crown will be provided free of charge.

• A 50% discount will be applied on one crown per month.

For Customers Outside Delhi NCR:

Crowns can be availed by:

• Sending impression models via courier to the Vatech Dental Lab.

• Sending HTL files to receive crowns at their respective addresses.

Conditions for Free or Discounted Crowns:

• Eligible crowns include Zirconia, CAD PFM, or DMLS with a maximum 10-year warranty.

• For additional warranty beyond 10 years, the customer will need to pay the extra amount.

• Emax crowns, veneers, inlays, or onlays are excluded from this offer.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Vatech Circle Loyalty Program will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only
